1. The pre-order offers of SAMSUNG Galaxy S24 Ultra is available for all customers who do a pre-order of Galaxy S24 Ultra (“Device”) during the period 25th Jan’24 to 6th Feb’24. Galaxy S24 Ultra is introduced at a Price of Taka 243,999 /-. 5% VAT will be applicable as per Bangladesh Govt. rule with aforementioned price.
2. A customer can pre-order the Device at www.excelestore.com.bd/pre-book
3. Please note that this order shall be treated as a tentative order only. In order to confirm his/her pre-order the customer will be required to deposit, within 72 hours of the online order, a sum of Taka 30,000/ for Galaxy S24 Ultra. The delivery schedule will be communicated after booking confirmation.
4. Every customer who pre-orders the Device Galaxy S24 Ultra on the above-mentioned portal will be eligible for 15,000/ Taka Cashback as pre-order gifts during pre-order time based on portal entry & pre-order booking money confirmation.
5. This promotional pre-order offer is for limited quantity. A customer who has done the tentative pre-order but fails to deposit the amount of Taka 30,000/ for Galaxy S24 Ultra, will not be eligible for this pre-order bundle gifts.
6. This amount is non-refundable. If any pre-order customer deposits pre-order amount but fails to collect his/her device during Pre-order delivery timeline, no claims shall be entertained & his/her pre-order will be cancelled.

8. Customers will be notified when the device is ready for delivery.
9. Customers can also avail the interest free EMI facility for making the payment of the remaining amount at the time of delivery. Pre-order customers will be eligible for 18 months 0% EMI for Galaxy S24 Ultra. Credit card holders of Selected Banks (SCB, EBL & UCB) will be eligible for 24 Months 0% Extended EMI for Galaxy S24 Ultra.
10. The City Bank Amex card holders will be eligible for 5,000/ Taka cashback for Galaxy Z Fold5 only, however to be eligible for this Cashback cardholders need do EMI on minimum 150,000/ Taka with minimum 18 months EMI and have to take 1st day product delivery when delivery starts.
11. EBL Credit Card holders will be eligible for 7,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI value 140,000/ Taka & will be eligible for 5,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI value 100,000/ Taka for Galaxy S24 Ultra. Cardholders will not be eligible for 7,000/ taka cashback & 5,000/ taka cashback if EMI value is less than the mentioned minimum EMI value. EBL Credit cardholders will also be eligible for up to 36 months 0% EMI during this pre-order campaign tenure.
12. SCB Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 15,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI value 180,000/ Taka with 18 Months or 24 Months EMI. SCB Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 10,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI value 120,000/ Taka with 18 Months or 24 Months EMI. And SCB Credit Cardholders will also be eligible for 5,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI value 80,000/ Taka with 18 Months or 24 Months for Galaxy S24 Ultra. SCB Cardholders will not be eligible for 15,000/ taka or 10,000/ taka or 5,000/ taka cashback if EMI value is less than the mentioned minimum EMI value or doesn’t fulfil the mentioned EMI tenure. SCB Credit cardholders will also be eligible for 24 months 0% EMI. SCB credit card cashback offer is not applicable for Titanium Credit Card.
13. UCB Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 15,000/ taka cashback upon availing minimum 18 months or 24 months EMI with minimum EMI value 180,000/ Taka & above, UCB Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 10,000/ taka cashback upon availing minimum 18 months or 24 months EMI with minimum EMI value 160,000/ Taka & above, UCB Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 7,000/ taka cashback upon availing minimum 18 months or 24 months EMI with minimum EMI value 130,000/ Taka & above. UCB Credit Cardholders will also be eligible for 3,000/ taka cashback upon availing minimum 12 months EMI with minimum EMI value 130,000/ Taka & above for Galaxy S24 Ultra. UCB Cardholders will not be eligible for 15,000/ taka or 10,000/ taka or 7,000/ taka or 3,000/ taka cashback if EMI value is less than the mentioned minimum EMI value or doesn’t meet mentioned minimum EMI tenure. UCB Credit cardholders will also be eligible for up to 24 months 0% EMI.
14. Previous Galaxy Z Fold4 customers who availed SAMSUNG Assured Value Back offer, will be offered minimum 100,000/ Taka resale value based on handset condition. This offer is only valid for Pre-ordering Galaxy Z Fold5 only. Customer has to do his/her pre-order of Galaxy Z Fold5 from the same outlet where s/he has done Z Fold4 pre-order with Assured Buyback Plan & have to submit Assured buyback registration form. However, in this case customers will not be eligible for any exchange bonus.
15. Exchange Bonus up to BDT 15,000 [Minimum exchange bonus: 10,000/Taka] is for selected Models only. By clicking https://www.excelestore.com.bd/policy/exchange-eligible-handset-list customers will have a indicative exchange value upon profile registration but actual & final price verification will be done after in-store inspection from concern person. SAMSUNG Exchange partner Flipper holds sole authority of handset evaluation & exchange pricing rights.
16. Exchange Bonus up to BDT 15K [Minimum exchange bonus: 10,000/Taka] will not be applicable if old handset resale value is below 12K after final evaluation (physically in retail shops).
17. Customer will not be eligible to enjoy up to 15,000 taka exchange Bonus if his/her handset is not in approved exchange handset list.
18. For Old Handset exchange customers need to bring old handset Box (Handset IMEI need to be matched with IMEI sticker on the box) during taking delivery.
19. 1 time Screen Replacement is applicable for customers who will do the registration at the time of pre-order or at the time of taking pre-order delivery. For availing 1 time screen replacement offer of Galaxy S24 Ultra customer have to do the registration at Samsung retail store with 5,200/ Taka for 12 months validity.
20. For this 1 time screen replacement offer, Vendor Waada reserves the rights for customer claim verification. This 1 time screen replacement registration offer will be valid till the pre-order product delivery tenure (within 72 hours of product delivery) & only one claim is acceptable in a coverage tenure (12 months). Customer will get cashless coverage under this offer.
21. The internet bundle offer is being provided by Operators at their sole discretion.
22. Product Delivery will start from 7th Feb’24. Prior notifications will be sent to the customers mentioning specific delivery time or any changes in delivery schedule. Please note delivery schedule can be varied depending on availability of Products.

26. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at Bangladesh.
