Shipping and Delivery

We ship your products once the order and payment confirmed over phone call. We use third-party shipping services to ship the items across all over the Bangladesh. 

 

The delivery of your order may take inside Dhaka and for outside Dhaka:

# Tracking ID will be sent as SMS and customer can track the courier directly from courier service.

# Delays are to be expected in case of contingency.

# If there is any delay in courier due to the issues courier service Excel eStore is not responsible.

 

Product Change:

 

A customer can change a product variant before the shipment. After the shipment process began, a customer cannot change the product or item.

To make changes in the item list before shipping, customers can call +8809610990120 or +01713229888 in applicable cases, the price will have to be adjusted while additional charges may apply in such cases.

 

Store pickup:


After placing an order from the website with select Store Pickup, A customer can pick up the product from an outlet. A customer can visit the outlet & pick up the product from a store with in 2 or 3 days after Excel eStore confirmation.

To pick the product from a store you should bring:

# Your order numbers.

# Your NID Card.

 

A few more things to know about store pickup:


# There’s no charge for Store Pickup.

# Only cash acceptable in store pickup, but customer can pay advance by online payment.

# Other services like phone setup/data transfer/exchange facility not available in store pickup.
