80% of repair cost will be covered for each claim.


Theft Coverage

100% of the invoice value of the device will be covered within the first 6 months of purchase

80% of the invoice value of the device will be covered after 6 months of purchase


4% of Product MRP

1. Screen Damage:

The coverage will be applicable for accidental breakage of the screen. The coverage amount for the screen breakage of any insured device will not exceed 50% of the invoice value of the device. The claim amount will be at actual of the invoice value of repair cost from the authorized servicing center of the respective brand.


2. Loss or Damage by Water or Fire or Any Other Accident

Any loss or damage happening due to fire or any other accident, including liquid damage, will be covered as per the schedule. 80% of the repair cost will be reimbursed for each claim. All service/repairs have to receive from the authorized service center of the respective brand.


3. Theft Coverage

Within the first six (06) months of purchasing the device, theft coverage will be 100% of the invoice value; after six (06) months, the coverage amount will be 80% of the invoice value.

Claim Process:

Claim & documents must reach within 15 days of the damage to equipment:

1.     If any loss or damage arises, the customer will take a photograph of the damaged device and send it to EXCEL, EXCEL will forward the image to Waadaa within 24 hrs.
2. Customer will take service from the authorized service center and collect the required documents as per the guideline.
3.     Customer will submit the documents to EXCEL as per the guideline. 
4.     EXCEL will forward the complete documents to Waadaa.
5.     Waadaa will verify the claim documents and inform EXCEL about the claim status.
6.     Accepted claims will be settled as per the guideline, and any declined claim will be communicated with the valid reason of rejection.
7. All claims will be processed and settled within fifteen (15) working days, subject to receiving all required documents related to submitted claim.
8.      Claim amount will be disbursed to EXCEL through A/C payee cheque or BEFTN for all settled claims. 

Claim Documents:

Completed Claim form in English/Bangla, specifying the cause of damage;
Service Engineer report from authorized repair center of Equipment (Mobile Phone or Tablet) manufacturer regarding reason of damage;
Repair invoice of the Equipment (Mobile Phone or Tablet) in respect of which Claim is preferred from authorized repair center of Equipment Manufacturer;
Statement giving full facts and details of Equipment (Mobile Phone or Tablet) damaged;
Copy of purchase invoice of Equipment (Mobile Phone or Tablet)
Photographs of the damaged Equipment (Mobile Phone or Tablet) showing the damage portions along with IMEI number
